Dichloroacetate featured in Cancer Monthly
July 11 2008-Our research on Dichloroacetate is currently featured in this month's edition of Cancer Monthly. The article can be found HERE. A special thank you to Stephanie Watson for the outstanding article.
Telomere Real Time PCR Assay
March 9 2008 - The De Vivo Laboratory is extensively performing assays for the determination of relative telomere length in epidemiological studies. We use a high-throughput 384-well format on an ABI 7900HT platform. We have successfully completed projects for numerous researchers thoughout the country including those at the Harvard School of Public Health and National Cancer Institute.
Manuscripts from several projects and collaborations have been published while numerous others are in preparation. These include:
Telomere Length, Cigarette Smoking, and Bladder Cancer Risk in Men and Women
Telomere Length and Parkinson's Disease Risk
Shorter Telomeres May Mark Early Risk of Dementia
